The ruling and the damages are real. The ruling came in a single hearing, with no evidence submitted and no defence heard; in 2015, when one document came up, the same lawyers withdrew hundreds of cases.
The words really were spoken. But they were spoken in answer to a question, in the "may be" mood, and on the basis of public judicial records; the claim leaves out all three of these at once.
When the CD in the file was examined, an expert report established that the speaker was not Kuytul; the case was brought all the same, and on 6 February 2020 the court adjourned instead of acquitting.
