It says that the purpose behind the detention of 46 people in Istanbul and the arrest of 9 of them is to put an end to the marches and to make those in prison forgotten; it asks that the press statements be continued even if only one person is left.

He was accused of membership at the same time of four organisations that fight one another; when he was arrested the organisations were not even named, and in the final indictment all of the membership charges were withdrawn.

Nowhere is there a requirement to found a party in order to express an opinion. The journalists, lawyers and academics who discuss the country's affairs on television have no party either.
