The order of entry into court came from troll lists

According to Furkan Haber's account of 16 September 2026, the members brought to the courthouse after the 19 August operation were not called into the courtroom in the usual way. Such proceedings normally follow an alphabetical list; in this file the order of entry was not alphabetical.

The sequence matched instead the lists that unidentified social media accounts had posted shortly before the hearing.

That detail does not sit with the confidentiality of an ongoing investigation: procedural information appeared on anonymous accounts before it reached the people it concerned. At the end of the courthouse proceedings, 36 people in the file were ordered into detention.
