What happened in Adana on the night of 21 May 2020 was put on record eight days later, at a forum, in the words of the seven people who had lived through it themselves.
People gathered not for the tarawih prayer, but for their friends who had been beaten and taken into custody. During the wait, which lasted until nine in the morning, not a single disturbance occurred.
